Dorothy Tuck Payne Obituary
Dorothy Tuck Payne, 85 of Bedford, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Berkshire Health & Rehab. Center. She was born on Wednesday, January 3, 1940, a daughter of the late Lathan Tuck and Etta Patterson Tuck. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Richard & Howard Tuck.
She was retired from Rubatex Corporation and was a member of Faith Fellowship Assembly of God.
She is survived by her husband, Wallace L. Payne; her son, Kevin L. Payne; her grandson, Joshua Payne as well as 4 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford, and a funeral service will follow at 1 PM in the chapel with Pastor Jim Booth officiating. Interment will follow in Radford Baptist Church Cemetery.
