Ruth Parsons Rouse, 88 of Huddleston, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012 at her residence. She was born on Saturday, March 22, 1924 in Endicott, NY, a daughter of the late Samuel & Made Parsons. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leo Gene Rouse. She was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church. Surviving are her daughters, Donna Guffey & husband, Thomas of Huddleston, Dale Woodard & husband, Chuck of Fredericksburg, Debbie Anthony & husband, John of Bedford, Denise Trail & husband, Jeff of Lynchburg; her son, David Rouse & wife, Sylvie of South Riding, VA; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Bethesda United Methodist Church with Rev. Sue Keen officiating.
