Obituary of Joseph Richard Jackson

Joseph Richard Jackson, 17 of  Bedford, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017.  He was born on Tuesday, April 25, 2000  in Lynchburg, a son of Russell D. Jackson, Jr.  and Tracey Welch Jackson.  

In addition to his father & mother, he is survived by his sister, Megan M.  Jackson & fiance, Timmy Madril; his maternal grandmother, Wanda Welch; his paternal grandmother, Joan Jackson; uncle, Ryan Jackson; aunt, Lisa Mitchell & husband, Earl; his girlfriend, Jaden; special friends, Karen Overstreet & Rajan Sharp a well as  many other close friends.  

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Updike Funeral Chapel, Bedford.  Interment will follow in Overstreet Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 PM at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
