Gary Brian Wheeler, 42 of Bedford, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at his residence. He was born on Thursday, December 19, 1974 in Roanoke, a son of Gerald E. Wheeler, Jr. and Gayle Gillispie McGeorge.
In addition to his father & mother, he is survived by his step-father, Kenneth O. McGeorge; paternal grandfather, Gerald E. Wheeler, Sr. & wife, Frances; paternal grandmother, Naomi S. Wheeler as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends beginning at 11 AM on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford and a funeral service will follow at 1 PM in the chapel with Rev. Kyle Dooley officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
