Dear Beth, words cannot to express how my heart hurts for you and your family during this horrific time. Take time for yourself and care of yourself and grieve/celebrate in whatever it takes for you to get through this. There is no time limit on the loss of a child. I pray I never have to feel that pain. I just know everyone grieves differently. It took me 7 yrs to complete the grieving process of my sister. Everyone is different. So you do what you have to do girl to stay sane. Everyone else will it should understand what you are going through. You are in my thoughts and prayers hon. We love you and pray that your pain will at least ease as time passes. Deepest sympathy, Carolyn, Floyd, Jen and star.

Judith, So sorry for your loss. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. Your dedication and love for Tommy is so galient. I admire so much what u did for him, dispite his illness, giving him as close as possible a quality life. You are an angel. So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. I took care of tommy as a peds patient as I am a resp therapist in Roanoke. I was just thinking of him a couple of weeks ago and had been wondering how he had been doing. Again I'll be keeping you all in my prayers.

Tommy. Was a very special individual. I know he was a kind loving young man who will be greatly missed. What a cool dude!! The last weeks were so hard on you I know. I felt like I was honored just to go get you a mountain dew! We had our last talk while you were able to laugh, joke, and carry on like we always did. I'm so glad for that. You never let me feel like I was wrong for any of my decisions but you knew how to ask me the questions that made me wonder about myself sometimes. I can't think of one time we got together and you didn't have me laughing. I'm so glad that I got to be in just a little piece of your life. From the time I met you, you made me laugh and laugh with gusto. I'll miss seeing that smile and hearing that laugh. You were a soldier to me. Thanks for letting me in. I couldn't be more proud to have known you.
