Arthur George Hillmer, 86, of Covington passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017. He was born on Monday, February 23, 1931 in New York. A son of the late Roy Hillmer and Maybelle Layton Hillmer. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Nagle Hillmer. He served in the US Navy. He is survived by his daughter, Anne "Mickey" VanDerwerker. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
