Obituary of Tiena Siebert Sellers

Tiena Siebert Sellers, 97 of Moneta, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Carriage Hill.  She was born on Friday, October 24, 1919 in Hamilton County, NE, a daughter of the late Henry J. Siebert and Maria Friesen Siebert.   She was also preceded in death by her sons-in-law, Clayton Turner and Richard Greene; and a grandson, Aaron Turner.  She was a member of Morgans Baptist Church. 

She is survived by her husband, Elmer Worthington Sellers of Moneta; sons, Glenn Sellers  & wife, Gail of Maiden, NC,  Raymond Sellers & wife, Janet; daughters, Linda Sellers Turner and Gloria Sellers Thomas & husband, Bev, all of Moneta;  brothers,  Johnny Siebert of NE, Alan Siebert of TX,  Dennis  Siebert of IL; sisters, Mabel Eichorn of MN, and Marion Jensen of CO; 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 5th at 11:00 AM at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Arthur and Glenn Sellers officiating.  Interment will follow at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.   The family will receive friends Monday, September 4, 2017, 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Updike Funeral Home, Bedford. 

Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
