Emily Pearl Hogan-Rupel, 25 of Bedford, VA passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on Tuesday, October 23, 1984 n Lynchburg, a daughter of Monty Ray Hogan and the late Mary McCoy. She was a Certified Nursing Assitant and a pharmacy technician. Surviving is her husband, John Drollinger Rupel III; her father, Monty Ray Hogan; two sisters, Sumer M. Hogan & Claire D. Vincent; a brother, Montgomery R. Hogan and a niece Whitney D. Vincent all of Bedford; her grandparents Raymond & Jean Hogan of Lynchburg and Duane& Wilma McCoy of Forest; her Father and Mother-in-law John & Martha Rupel, Jr. The family requests those wishing to make memorials to consider the Centra Health Foundation, 1920 Atherholt Road, Lynchburg VA 24501.
