Shelby "Shifty" Hall, 78 of Bedford, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at his home. He was born on Monday, May 27, 1940 in Clay County, W VA, a son of the late Earl W. Hall and Florence Blockson Hall. He was also preceded in death by his significant other, Nancy L. Eastridge.
He was retired from Rubatex and a U. S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his sister, Olive Conner of Columbia, SC; a niece, Faith Francis of Altavista; and was the youngest of eight siblings.
There will be no visitation. A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 29 at Holy Land USA. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
