I am very sorry for your loss! May God comfort your mourning hearts! Our heavenly Father promises a time when not only will death be wiped away but those who have already fallen asleep in death will be woken up! Death is an enemy according to the Bible and it will be permanently taken out of the picture very soon! God cannot lie so we do not doubt that this promise will become a reality!

1 Corinthians 15:26;Titus 1:2)

George was a dear friend of ours. He was a true patriot and served the country he loved so well. We will miss his smile and laughter. To his family we hope that quietly, day by day, may loving memories heal your heart.

Twenty years ago I was honored to take George Kelly's position at the helm of Dadant's Virginia branch. Devoted to his job, I found it difficult to fill his shoes.
George was an animated character who loved life. An encyclopedia of jokes, he kept everyone laughing. George loved to sing, often breaking into a spot-on imitation of George Jones "He Stopped Loving Her Today".
George's acquired a number of phrases he used to express himself. "Give that man a box of Snickers!" If someone did something to his approval or "head like a bent trash can" when a fact was forgotten or a mistake was made.
George enjoyed people and vise versa. Active in different organizations, he had strong beliefs but never tried to force them on anyone.
A friend to all. His smiling face and gregarious personality will be missed.
The mold was definately broken after George...

George was my father in law and the most positive, non judgmental man. I don't believe I ever saw him angry. I will miss him and his stories......
