Obituary of Florence Czok

Florence Czok, 98 a resident of English Meadows - Elks National Home Campus for several years passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital.  She was born on Wednesday, November 12, 1919  in Lorain, OH, a daughter of the late Dan Czok and Helen Ardelean Czok .  

She was retired from World Bank having worked as Secretary for many years.  She was a member of First Baptist Church, Washington, DC.

She is survived by her nephew, John B. Carpenter & wife, Phyllis; her nieces, Barbara C. Duval & husband, Maurice, Patricia C. Schubert & husband, Barry; her great niece, Angela M. Carpenter; her great nephew, Jeremiah D. Carpenter & wife, Janis and her great great niece, Kristiana Carpenter.  

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at English Meadows - Elks National Home Campus with Sharon Jones officiating.  Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
