Obituary of Roy Edward Dooley, Jr.

Roy Edward "Buddy" Dooley, Jr., of Montvale, finished his 83 years of earthly journey and reached his final destination, his heavenly home on Friday, December 21, 2018.  

Left behind to cherish their memories are his wife and best friend of sixty-three years, Elmadine Watson Dooley; his son, Anthony "Tony" Dooley; his  daughter, Teresa Noakes & her husband, Douglas; grandsons, Cody Noakes & his wife, Shaye, Christopher Dooley; granddaughter, LeAnne Dooley & her fiance, Chris Campbell, a great-grandson, Binx Kieran Campbell; brother, Tommy Dooley & his wife, Lois; sisters, Alma Rieley & her husband, Walter, Ann Hawkins & her husband, David.  

Our hearts are full of gratitude to each of you who have touched our lives during Buddy's illness.

The family will receive friends beginning at 3 PM on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford and a service to honor Buddys' life will begin at 5 PM in the chapel with Denny VanAalsburg officiating.  Military honors will be provided by the U. S. Navy.   Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
