Obituary of Billy Ray Draper

Billy Ray Draper, 61 of Bedford, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at his residence.  He was born on Sunday, June 30, 1957 in Bedford, a son of the late William Jackson Draper and Corine Hensley Draper.  

He is survived by his wife, Cora McGhee Draper; two daughters, Jessica Renee Brunn, Wanda Fay Adee; his son, Joseph Wayne Draper; his step-sons, Curtis Junior Belcher, Timothy Lee Belcher; his brother, Tony Draper; his sisters, Connie D. Newberry & husband, David, Cathy D. Campbell & husband, Danny. 

The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until 10:40 AM on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford and a graveside service will follow at 11 AM at Greenwood Cemetery with Pastor Dan Dibble officiating.  Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
