I knew Buzzy 60+ years ago when my maternal grandparents rented an apartment in the Coleman homeplace at Grace and Franklin Streets.
We partied with Buzzy and Martha Anne in our 20s and 30s, and Nancy and Martha Anne were good friends for many years, along with the late Barbara Martin (RIP).
Buzzy was a "force of nature," a hard-working man who built Coleman-Adams from a small to a major construction business. He was a generous man who spread good deeds across Central Virginia.
And most importantly, as his obituary reflected, he was a caring family man to his extended family. In that regard, he will be sorely missed!!
Our condolences to Martha Anne and the entire family! RIP Good Man!!

I taught Buzzy in Sunday School at Trinity Methodist Church many years ago. He often interrupted the lesson with funny stories to get the other classmates laughing-met too. I have kept up with his many successes in life and have been very proud of him. It sounds like he was also successful where it really counts in being a good family man.

I am truly sorry to hear of Buzzy’s passing. I was his design-build Architect for the last ten years I
worked & I always found him to be a fair & honest man. I was particularly impressed at how much he cared about his family & how he was a self-made man. He deserved all the credit for his tremendous success. My best to Martha Anne & family.
