Janet Marie Ragland, 55 of Bedford, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at her residence. She was born on Friday, December 4, 1964 in Franklin County, VA.
She is survived by her mother and father, Elizabeth and Carlos Matherly; her daughter, Delores Ann Ragland; her son, Brandon Eugene Ragland; her grandchildren, Gauge Severs, Sophie Fielder, Noah Briscoe, Lincie Briscoe; her sisters, Jennifer Brown & husband, Ronnie, Beverly Foley & husband, Dale; her brother, Connie Hodges.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at New Beginnings Church, 5812 Jordantown Road, Vinton, VA 24179 with Pastor Michael Huffman officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
