Darlene Bradley Johnson, 75 of Bedford, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on Saturday, September 16, 1944 in Bedford County, a daughter of the late Fred Bradley, Sr. and Rena Carter Bradley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Otto Johnson. She was retired from Miles Machine Shop.
She is survived by her sons, Barry D. Bradley & wife, Angela, Bryan K. Johnson & wife, Donna; her daughter, Robyn Mayhew & husband, Bryon, five grandchildren & thirteen great grandchildren; her sisters, Virginia Pearl Triplett, Sarah Graham; her brothers, Robert E. Bradley & wife, Linda, Mickey R. Bradley.
Funeral services will be held at the graveside at 11 AM on Monday, June 8, 2020 at Virginia Memorial Park with Rev. Wayne Murphy officiating. There is no public visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
