To Linda and to Billie Sue's family and friends,
I am so sorry for your loss. Billie Sue was a very kind and warm person who was dedicated in her work as a Deputy Clerk of the Bedford County Circuit Court. She treated people with respect and dignity in her dealings with them. I had the honor and privilege of standing before her in March of 2008 as she administered the Oath of Office to me as a Reserve Deputy of the Bedford County Sheriff's Office. I think she was as proud to swear me in as I was to be sworn in by her! Her work was all about service to fellow citizens, and she did it with joy.
May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace, Amen.
