Eula Mae Pennington Wells of Bedford, VA started her new life in Heaven as she stepped into Glory Land on December 19, 2020. She was born on December 21, 1944 in Lincoln County, WV to the late William Pennington and Lillie Patrick. She was also proceeded in death by a sister, June Roberts. She was retired from Bedford County Schools where she worked in the cafeteria. She mostly worked in Quality Control years previously, including ITT in Roanoke.
She is survived by her husband Kenny Wells of Bedford; daughter, Joyce Whalen & husband, Greg; son, Bart Hogge & wife, Lauren; Grandchildren Lily, Lucy and Lyla Hogge; Stepdaughters, Lisa Horne & husband, Henry, Rebecca Pate & husband, Boo; Grandchildren, Caleb Welch & wife, Amanda, Autum Davis & husband, Hunter, Noah Welch and Fiancé, Jordan; Lisa Deans & Sarah Wood; Great Grandchildren, Oliver, Isaiha and Samuel; Step sons, Everett Hogge and David Hogge; Sisters, Marcy Turley & husband, Harry and Phyllis Maynard; Brothers, Duierd Pennington & wife, Hazel, Dallas Pennington & wife, Barbara; numerous Nieces and Nephews.
She was a faithful servant of our Lord and Savior and is rejoicing in the Heavens. A special thank you to Good Shepherd Hospice for taking Exceptional Care of our Mother.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Virginia Memorial Park with Rev. Daniel Smith officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Bedford.
