Betty was a cousin that I remember so well... when I was a child, she seemed so grown-up compared to myself. I remember visits to her house when I was a child. My parents would drive from Lynchburg to visit Uncle Clinton, Aunt Pearl, and the children... (i.e., my cousins). My mother, Bertie, was Clinton's sister. In recent years, I enjoyed getting together with Betty's family, including her sister's and brother's family, for several family reunions, lunches, etc. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. May she rest in peace.
