I was so sorry to read about Randy's passing in the Parsons Advocate. He was a natural leader, and I enjoyed working with him on his vision for the Davis Riverfront Park. It was a personal passion of his, and the Town of Davis is so much better for his unwavering dedication to that project. He will be greatly missed, but he left a lifelong legacy for many to enjoy.
