Janice, Nink, Dina, and all the extended family, we are saddened to learn of Cecil's passing and send our condolences. He was a good friend to me and a good cousin of Gail's. I'm sure you will feel much grief in the near future but am hoping the love of God will sustain and comfort you. In the long term I trust the memories you have will be only the best of the crop that make you even prouder of him.
