Dale Wayne Byrd, 60 of Huddleston passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at his residence. He was born on Monday, December 5, 1960 in Bedford County, a son of the late Carl Davis "C.D." Byrd and Edith Louise Byrd who survives. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Debbie Sue Byrd and Donna Byrd Morgan. He was a
self-employed bus driver.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Brandon Byrd & wife, Victoria of Williamsburg; brother, Donald Byrd & wife, Anita of Moneta and grandchildren, Wyatt Parker Byrd, Tenslee Byrd and Zach Byrd.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 11:00 am at Byrd Family Cemetery at Radford Baptist Church with the Rev. Vernon DeLong officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
