Stanley Ernest Fongeallaz, Jr., 83 of Bedford, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital. He was born on Wednesday, March 16, 1938 in Brockton, MA, a son of the late Stanley E. Fongeallaz, Sr. and Alice Crosier Fongeallaz . He was also preceded in death by a son, Allan Dane Fongeallaz and a daughter, Mary Alice Hirsch.
Stan loved the Lord with all of his heart and witnessed to others any chance he was given. He was a veteran of the U. S. Coast Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Lee Gallimore Fongeallaz; his son, Michael Rene Fongeallaz (Michele); his daughters, Evelyn Watson (Kevin), daughter, Jennifer Dawson (John); brothers, Bob Fongeallaz, Richie Fongeallaz (Valery); sisters, Joyce Burton (Jack), Janice Turner as well as 14 grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with Pastor Pete Tackett officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
