Palmer “Tommy” Franklin, 81, of Montvale, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alton Cline Franklin, Sr. & Mary Helen Barton Franklin; six brothers and three sisters. Tommy enjoyed doing mechanical work.
Surviving is his wife of 52 years, Doris Franklin; sons, Rodney & Allan; daughter, Crystal & six grandchildren.
A Memorial Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Montvale Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
