Thelma Epperly Meador, 92, of Moneta, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 24, 2022. She was a cherished member of the Moneta community and of Radford Baptist Church where she attended for 82 years. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gibb and Berlie Epperly; her husband, Jim Meador; and her two sisters, Joann Pickle and Lena Gray.

She is survived by four sons, Barry Meador and wife, Kathy, Kenneth Lee Meador and wife, Kathy, Kevin Meador and wife, Ella, and Randall Meador and girlfriend, Linda; one daughter Lori Key and husband, Troy; grandchildren Eli Meador and wife, Lara, Katie Meador and husband, Brennan, Dana Meador, Mindy Meador, Michael Meador & wife, Vanessa, Derrick Meador & wife, Michelle, Nick Meador & wife, Brandy, Jared Meador, Noah Meador & wife, Jacey, Zack Key & wife, Lindsay, Zane Key; 11 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 28th, 2022 at 11:30 am with service starting at 1 pm at Radford Baptist Church in Moneta, VA, with Pastor Karl Hofheinz officiating. Graveside service will follow.
