Obituary of Jerry Otto Viemeister

Jerry Otto Viemeister, 73 of  Moneta,  passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at  his residence.  He was born on Tuesday, November 9, 1948  in Rosedale, NY, a son of the late Otto J. Viemeister  and Lillian Warnke Viemeister.  He was a retired Policeman at Nassau County Police Department, NY. 

He is survived by his wife, Frances Smith Viemeister of Moneta;  daughters, April Viemeister of Moneta and Lee Ann Warstler of Norfolk;  sons, Scott Viemeister (Leigh Anne) of Charlottesville and Dan Viemeister (Kristin) of San Diego, CA;  granddaughters, Sarah Bogard of Madison Heights, Laurel Masters of Norfolk and Macy Viemeister of San Diego, CA;  grandsons, Ryan Warstler of Culpeper,  Nathan Viemeister of San Diego, CA,  Noah Viemeister, Adam Viemeister and Ben Viemeister of Charlottesville, VA; 3 great-grandchildren; a brother, John Viemeister of NJ; and sisters, Madelyn Schweigert of NY & Marion Mitten of FL.  

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church with Pastor Scott Davis and Pastor Riley Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service during a reception.
