Obituary of Pamela Markham Bowden

Pamela  Markham Bowden,  born October 28, 1957 passed away July 19, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. 

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Daniel Bowden; sons, Toby (Jen) Markham, Jody (Emily) Bowden; grandchildren, Malcolm, Kai, Soleigha, Jack, Ella, Maelie, Zeke, and Gabe; parents, Jackson & Marilyn Overstreet; brothers, Jerry (Vicky) Overstreet, Paul (Tammy) Overstreet, Jeff (Lisa) Overstreet; sister, Ellen Bittler; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.  

She worked for 20 years at the Law Offices of Steve Grant, as a real estate paralegal.

The family would like to thank Gentle Shepherd Hospice for all of their acts of kindness.  Thanks to Elise for her constant care and support.

A funeral service to be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Bedford Baptist Church with Rev. Phil Bailey and Pastor Jody Bowden officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 pm on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Updike Funeral Home, Bedford.
