Obituary of Lowell Felbert Perry

Lowell Felbert Perry, 89 of  Huddleston, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Carrington Place at Botetourt.  He was born on Tuesday, October 18, 1932 in Auto, WV, a son of the late Alex Perry and Lucy Falls Perry.  

He was retired from Adams Construction and a veteran of the U. S. Army. 

He is survived by his wife, Joanne Stelle Perry; his sons, Layne Perry & wife, Sherri, Dean Perry & wife, Angela; grandchildren, Donnie Perry (Jaina), Gershom Perry ( Brittney), Rain Cornwell (Nick), Nicholas Perry (Rachell), Alexis Perry; his great-grandchildren, Keira Perry, Emory & Johnmark Cornwell, Jasper Perry; sisters, Irene Snyder, Vera Lea Legge (Eddie), Wanda Williams.  

The family will receive friends beginning at 12:30 on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Mentow Baptist Church and a funeral service will follow at 1:30 pm with Davie Woodford and Rev. Rick Foster officiating.  Interment will follow in Mentow Baptist Church Cemetery.  

Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Huddleston.
