Preston Melvin Lee, 67, of Bedford, died peacefully in his sleep due to multiple health issues on Thursday, September 29, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Martin Lee & Clara Hale Lee.

Preston enjoyed farming, working on cars and listening to country music.  Preston loved telling jokes.

Surviving are his son, Emmanuel Jackson Lee; nieces & nephews, Tonya Crockett, Jeremy Tweedy, Shawn Lee & Kevin Lee; sisters, Ida Lee, Doris Lee Matherly, Sandra Gaines & husband, Roger & Joyce Lee & friend, Merdy Tuck; brother, Calvin W. Lee.

The family would like to give special thanks to everyone that helped him at Salem Court Apartments.  A private service will be held at a later date.
