Bobby Bruce Brunk, Jr., 42 of Bedford, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. He was born on Saturday, June 22, 1968 in Bedford County, a son of Bobby B. Brunk, Sr.of Bedford and Erna Mae Stanley Washington of Moneta. He was a master electrician with Moneta Electric. In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by his wife, Julia Phillips Brunk; a son, Christopher Lee Sines & wife, Felicia of Montvale; a daughter, Christina Marie Sines of Bedford; a step-son, Richard Carson Elkins of Moneta; a brother, Charles Calvin Brunk of Bedford; two sisters, Cathy L. Yuille of Orange Park, FL, Rose Marie Croft of Bedford. Funeral services will be held at the graveside at the Phillips Family Cemetery on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 2:30 PM. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12 noon until 2 PM at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
