John was a blessing to everyone he met. He was a great friend to me, my family, and the small telephone
company he helped start on early 60's in Bath and Highland County's in western Virginia. To list all of the
the things he helped Paul Cunningham and me do to
get telephone service in those county's would take
pages not paragraphs.
After his retirement we didn't get to see him in person
but talked on this phone.
I know he was a blessing to many because he loved
The Lord Jesus and let others know about him,
I don't think that he will need to fly on a plane in
heaven, but if there is one there he'll probably be
the pilot. I never got to go up with, but promised
him I would.
I don't have any idea the many lives that he touched throughout his life but I know that this
world was BLESSED by John, and this world needs
MANY John Murdocks today.
We Loved John, and we know his family and friends
do as well.
