Obituary of Robin Mitchell Creasey

Robin Mitchell Creasey, 61 of Huddleston, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023 in Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.  

She was born January 30, 1961 in Bedford County, a daughter of Barbara Powers Mitchell of Huddleston who survives and the late Edwin Douglas Mitchell, Sr.   She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald Dave Mitchell and Edwin Douglas Mitchell, Jr.

She was a nurse having last worked at Centra Bedford Memorial Hospital.   She graduated nursing school at the age of 21, she then dedicated her life to nursing and caring for others. She was an extremely generous person and has helped many in their time of need. She was very selfless and always put others first. She enjoyed reading, going to restaurants, and vacation trips. She loved spending time with her family, friends and co workers. She had a huge heart and a deep love for animals. Her pets meant the world to her. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed. 

No services are planned out of respect for her wishes.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Shannon Adrian Creasey and a daughter, Kerri Amanda Ward & husband, Trev.
