Bobby was a friend to most all residents of Bedford. He always had a hand shake or hug for those he knew. Always had stories about the children he watched grow up. My grandmother Ada Carter and my uncle Bobby Carter's mom used to run his laundromat at 297 Minute Mart, I used to help her out and spent many a late night getting it clean. Bobby was a great man and will be remembered by many.
