Daniel Shawn Overstreet, 50 of Vinton, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023. He was born on Monday, August 6, 1973 in Bedford County, a son of Gary D. Overstreet and Betty Wood Overstreet of Bedford who survives.

In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by brother, Heath W. Overstreet; his sister, Jaclyn R. Karnes (Brandon); his nephew, Sean M. Karnes; his niece, Elizabeth T. Karnes; his great nephew, Ashlee Karnes.

A graveside service will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the family home at Eagles Crest Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Murphy officiating.

There is no visitation.
