Obituary of Linda Gayle Kerem
Linda Gayle Kerem, 78, of Nokesville, VA passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024. She was born on November 14, 1945, in Bedford, VA to Pete and Helen McKinney. She is also preceded in death by her husband of fifty-one years, Ibrahim Kerem and a sister, Frances Rivenbark.
Linda is survived by her son Ali R. Kerem and daughter-in-law Dawn M. Kerem, granddaughters Ariel P. Agee and her spouse Zac Agee, and Samantha G. Kerem, and great-grandson Athren C. Agee, as well as many nieces and nephews.
During Linda’s life she was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She touched many hearts and made wonderful, cherished memories. She provided a safe and loving home to many children as a devoted caregiver. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. During the summer she loved to host parties around the pool. Linda took many vacations and cruises to tropical locations, although she did not spend much time on the beach. She was a mother to many and a friend to all. She will truly be missed.
The family will receive friends beginning at 10 AM on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at the Nicopolis United Methodist Church and a funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Sines, Jr. officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery.
