Cindy Smith Hilditch passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024 in Maryland. She was born on October 29, 1961 in Bedford, the daughter of the late Hubert C. Smith and Roselle Nester Smith.

Cindy was a hairdresser from 2003 until 2008 and in later years she enjoyed selling jewelry and clothing online.

She is survived her husband, Mark Hilditch; a son, Mark J. Hilditch; her mother-in-law, Joan Hilditch, her brother-in-law, Glenn Hilditch; her sister-in-law, Cathy Hilditch; a niece, Melissa Hilditch; nephew, Glenn Hilditch.

The family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford and a memorial service will follow at 2 PM in the chapel.
