Richard Dale Smith, 63, of Roanoke, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Boyce Smith.
Dale was an Army Veteran and a heavy equipment operator for Dean Bandy Construction.
He is survived by his mother, Edith Burnette Smith & sister, Teresa Bailess (Hugh).
Graveside Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Virginia Memorial Park.
