Linda Diane Worrell Johns, 58, of Huddleston, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2024 at her residence.  She was born on Tuesday, June 22, 1965 to the late Lewis Jackson Worrell, Sr. & Florence Jordan Worrell.

 

Linda worked as a CNA for 15 years and a LPN for 5 years.  She loved all animals. Linda enjoyed fishing, doing crafts, shopping, crochet, and going to the beach.  Most of all, Linda loved spending time with her family.

 

She is survived by her husband, Alan Johns; mother, Florence Jordan Worrell; children, Christopher Lowrance (Hattie), Andrea Lowrance (Stephen), Britney Gross (Patrick), Kayla Martin (Natasha); grandchildren, Amythyst Lowrance, Sapphire Lowrance & Delilah Gross; sisters, Jeanne Worrell Bell & Gloria Worrell Hawley; brother, Lewis Jackson Worrell, Jr.; numerous nieces & nephews; all her animals whom she dearly loved; close friend, Randy Bryant.

 

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024 at Updike Funeral Chapel, Bedford with Rev. Wayne Murphy officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
