Obituary of JoAnne W Bobbitt

JoAnne W. Bobbitt, passed away on September 4, 2024 surrounded by her family.  She was preceded in death by her son, Wayne Bobbitt and special friend, Everett Wood, Sr.

She is survived by her son, Steve Bobbitt (Connie); grandchildren, Christy Gillette (Casey), Spencer Bobbitt (Brittany), Brittany Creasy (Randall); six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff at Bedford County Nursing Home and Centra Hospice for their compassionate care.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bedford Christian Ministries, 217 W Washington Street, Bedford, Va., 24523.

A private graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery.
