When my parents, Todd and Ellie Messick, moved to Otter Hill Rd. from Delaware, Joyce was one of the first people they met at Ephesus Church. She was so friendly and caring. She was also sweet and funny. They loved her. I did too. She will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Joyce was a special lady.
