Rosie Pauline Owens Krantz, 82, of Bedford, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024 at her residence. She was born on Tuesday, February 24, 1942 to the late, Orrie Owens & Tilda Shorter Hedge. Rosie was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Krantz, her siblings, Mildred Crotts, Paul Owens, Frankie Owens & Roy Owens.

She is survived by her children, Faye Brown (Paul), Rita Krantz, Rex Krantz (Sharyn), Bobby Krantz (Liz) & Robert Arnold; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; sisters, Judy Newton & Lucille Mooney; brothers, Sam Owens (Darlene), Willie Owens (Margaret), Junior Owens (Jane); many nieces, nephews & other family members.

A graveside service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at the Roach Family Cemetery in Huddleston with Pastor Stephen Scruggs officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Updike Funeral Home, Huddleston.
