Obituary of Judy Gayle Dooley Fisher

Judy Gayle Dooley Fisher, 71 of  Vinton, left this world surrounded by her family to enter into Jesus' warmth and never ending love on Saturday, October 5, 2024.  She was born on Monday, December 1, 1952  a daughter of the late Henry D. Dooley and Rebecca Foutz Dooley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wayne Fisher, brothers, Tommy & Tony Dooley & sisters, Marilyn Hartman & Charlotte Cundiff.

She is survived by her daughters, Sheree Hartman (Chuck) of Vinton, Jennifer Fisher of Roanoke; her beloved grandchildren, Sebastian, Jocie & London; sisters, Gloria Beasley of Vinton, Bonnie Winters (Jesse) of Roanoke; numerous nieces & nephews and her special grandpups, Sully, Marley, Oakley, Barkley & Booshie.  

Judy was a hard worker who always put her family first.  Family was everything to her and she would often speak of childhood memories and at the center of it was love.  She made sacrifices for her children and made sure they were always taken care of.  She always had words of wisdom and love.  She was a loving Grammie to her grandchildren and was so proud of them, always talking about them.  She loved to read, garden, listen to music, mostly Christian music.  She loved the Lord and would always say "trust in him."  She was a special wife, mother, sister and friend and her memory will be cherished.  Go rest in eternal peace beloved.
