Obituary of Shirley Wilberger Reynolds

Shirley Wilberger Reynolds, 87 of Huddleston passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.  She was born on August 31, 1937 in Harrisonburg, a daughter of the late Everett Henry Wilberger and Elizabeth Oakes Wilberger.  She was a proud military wife to her high school sweetheart, Richard Lee Reynolds, Sr. who preceded her in death.  Shirley was able to travel and see many parts of the world during her life.

She was retired from General Electric as a secretary, was a member of Patmos United Methodist Church and enjoyed playing bingo religiously.  Shirley loved her family and was an amazing cook.  She lived a wonderful life with her family and was a fantastic wife, mother & friend.  

She is survived by two sons, Rick Reynolds (Melissa), Everett Reynolds; her granddaughter, Hailey Paige Reynolds; great grandchildren, Haizley Nichols, Lyric Nichols, Sage Reynolds, Serenity Eutsler.  Shirley Reynolds lived a fulfilling 87 years.
