Lisa Johnson Wilson, 56 of Bedford, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born June 20, 1968 in Bedford, VA, a daughter of the late Curtis Plymale Johnson and Erna Lousie Karnes. She was a member of Timber Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Lee Wilson.

She is survived by her daughter, Sara Sweigart (Kris); son, Wesley White (Leah); grandchildren, Abigail Sweigart, Brody Sweigart; beloved dog, Galileo as well as other friends and family.

A joint visitation for Mrs. Wilson and her mother, Mrs. Johnson will be held beginning at 10 AM on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Timber Ridge Baptist Church and a joint funeral service will follow at 11 AM with Pastor Phillip Kelley officiating. Interment will follow in Virginia Memorial Park. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
