Walter Wayne Pugh, 50 of Moneta, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at his residence. He was born on Saturday, June 10, 1961 in Roanoke, a son of Jackie Norman Pugh, Sr. and the late Margaret Layne Franklin Crouch. In addition to his father, he is survived by his sisters, Cheryl Seibel & husband, Robert of Eagle Rock, Beverly Pugh Brown; and three brothers, Layne Pugh & wife, Cindy of Goodview, Roger Lee Crouch, Jr. of Lynchburg, J. J. Pugh as well as numerous nieces & nephews. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, P. O. Box 926, Bedford, VA 24523. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Thursday from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 PM at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford. There will be no service.
