Dorothy Parrish Collier, 71 of Bedford, VA passed away Sunday, April 4, 2010 at Bedford Memorial Hospital. she was born on Wednesday, November 2, 1938 in Goochland Co., VA, a daughter of the late Winston O. Parrish and Lydia Cosner Parrish . She was also preceded in death by husband, Sherman Collier. Surviving is her son, Samuel Grady Toler & wife, Jenny of Sandston; a brother, Russell Elliott Parrish and a sister, Jean Ayers, two grandchildren and a special niece, Karen Collier.
