Ronald Keith Settle, 52 of Blue Ridge, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2012 at his residence. He was born on Friday, March 4, 1960 in Fayette Co., WV, a son of the late Shirley E. Settle and Elizabeth Dravenstott Settle. He was a Senior Network Technician with Shentel Communications. Surviving is his wife, Dixie Chandler Settle; his children, Samantha D. Settle of Blue Ridge, Derek R. Binns of Hickory, NC, Victoria & Ben Renolds of Spencer, NY, Angelica & Gary Taylor of Fayetteville, NC, Maria Leonardi of Fayetteville, NC, Andrea Leonardi of Ithaca, NY, Gino Leonardi, Jr. of Elmira, NY; five grandchildren, two sisters, Shirley Sullivan & husband, Bobby of Rex, GA, Sue Twohy & husband, Tim of Wasilla, AK; a brother, Wayne Settle & wife, Sharon of Akron, OH. There will be no visitation and services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
