Phyllis Wood Widner, 71 of Huddleston, VA passed away Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Bedford Memorial Hospital. She was born on Monday, May 8, 1939 in Roanoke, VA, a daughter of the late Hayden Wood and the late Jessie Adams Wood . In addition to her parents she was preceded in death her brother, Giles Wood. She was a self employed hairdresser for many years. Surviving are 2 daughters , Aimee E. Long & husband Neal, Lorraine W Davis & husband Gary, a sister, Ruby (Mindy) Rodgers & husband Steve, seven grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford
