William Neal Wills, 69 of Lynchburg, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Lynchburg Health & Rehabilitation Center. He was born on Thursday, November 4, 1943 in Campbell County, a son of the late Howard R.Wills and Mable Whorley Wills. He was also preceded in death by a son, Darren Wills and a brother, Howard W. Wills. He was a retired employee of Babcock & Wilcox and was a veteran of the U. S. Army National Guard. Surviving is his brother, Leonard Wills & wife, Brenda of Evington, sister-in-law, Melba Wills of FL, beloved aunts, Ruth Hensley & Mary Ashwell, nieces & nephews, David Wills & wife, Lori, Debbie Watson & husband, Reggie, Tamera Johnson; great nephews, Kellen & Trace Wills, Hunter & Duston Johnson; special friends, John Butler, Jr., Linda Faye Butler & Amanda. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to American Diabetes Association, 1701 Beaureguard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311 or the Bedord Humane Society, 829 Ole Turnpike Road, Bedford, VA 24523 or is successors to be used for the support of Felines. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Updike Funeral Chapel, Huddleston with Rev. Bud Lemon officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Huddleston
