Janet Yunger Booz, 97 of Big Island, and formerly of Doylestown, PA passed away Friday, August 22, 2014 at Golden Living Center, Buena Vista. She was born on Friday, March 9, 1917 in Philadelphia, PA, a daughter of the late Nicholas Yunger and Catherine Lallier Yunger. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Booz. She is survived are her daughter, Vicki B. Breitinger & husband, Douglas of Big Island; granddaughter, Tiffany Breitinger Baublitz & husband, John; grandson, Scott Douglas Breitinger & wife, Selene & great grandson, John Griffin Baublitz. We would like to thank all those at Golden Living Center who have cared for her so lovingly over the past years. We also give special thanks to Geraldine Lawrence for all her devoted care and love of Janet. A private interment will be held at White Marsh Memorial Park in Horsham, Pennsylvania at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
